Private Lessons

Makeup lessons must be scheduled and completed before the package end date listed at registration. Missed lessons will not be extended beyond this timeframe.

No-call/no-shows are not eligible for makeup lessons.

All makeup lessons must be scheduled in advance ( 24 Hour Notice) with both your instructor and The Swim Social.

Makeup days/times are based on instructor availability.

Semi-Private Lessons

Both swimmers must agree on a makeup date within the package timeframe.

Makeup lessons are limited to 2 per package (non-weather related).

Scheduling is based on instructor availability.

Accelerated Program (1- or 2-Week Block)

Makeup lessons are available on Fridays only within the session.

Lessons run 30 minutes, Monday–Thursday, so Fridays are reserved for makeup opportunities.

Scheduling is based on instructor availability.
Note: This applies whether your session is 1 week or 2 weeks.

Vacation Policy 

If you plan to go on vacation during the summer, please consider that when selecting your lesson package. For mid-summer vacations, we recommend purchasing a smaller package and reassessing your schedule upon return.

Once an end date is assigned to your lesson package, it is your responsibility to complete all lLessons before that date. Lessons will not be refunded, rescheduled, or carried over past the designated end date.
